It's a Health Thing...

I must loose weight and become more fit.  After I fractured my back (sacrum) I have been fairly immobile.  Not to mention well meaning family members are baking me "get better treats".  (Although it is my own fault.  Nobody forced me to eat the "get better treats!")  I shall loose the treats and eat way more vegetables!

I am hereby anticipating the end of February when I should be well enough to go for a nice walk.  This spring is the time to go out and enjoy the sunshine!  Walking / hiking / fresh air!  I shall loose weight!  This will be fun! :-)
