I Think I Want to Loose Weight

I think I want to loose weight, but I also think I sabatage myself. I know I have to loose weight, to look good but mostly for my health. I think I eat and get fat so men won't find me attractive. I have a fear of leaving my husband, and if I lost the weight maybe I would find someone. I love my husband, but there isn't any sex or intamacy.

Hi there,
I find your story very touching. I wanted to say Love is stronger than that. Lose the weight for your health. You will feel better and you will add to your years by losing the weight we don't need.I have been married for 13 years and I have seven children. I gained major weight after having my seventh kid I was pushing 200 pounds. My mom was was concerned and she told me about rvl. I started rvl and I started losing weight. I have felt better than I ever have. I have energy and I am getting the health that I need. I have lost 35 pounds. I was in a size 20 and I am now in a size14. Don't let the fear of leaving your husband hold you back. Because the bond of love is a very strong bond, the love that you had for your husband will still be there. Don't sale yourself short.

That's LOSE Weight!..................Then your clothes will be
