Just Slightly Overweight But Dont Like It

I know I'm not overlly over weight, I'm around just on the borderline, but I wanna lose some weight, cos I just don't like the way I look at the moment. Has anyone got any ways that could help me lose a few pounds, cos I know that not eating is really unhealthy, but the thing is, if I don't eat much one day, it'll just carry on, and then when i do come round to eating something that I would classify normal when i have been eating, i'll really struggle to eat it, cos i've gotten used to mot eating much. it doesn't make me feel more hungry, not eating much, but i know that it's not good for me, so could you please give me a few tips. :)
