Not Sure Where to Start

I don't have that much weight to lose. And it's so that I can feel good about myself, not for vanity, or to look hot, but for myself. There is just a little excess on my top half mostly and I don't like it. I have been getting on the treadmill in the morning, but don't know where to fit my weight lifting or even what to do!! I could really use some help!

Find out how many calories you eat on an average day, and reduce the calories by 500. Yes you will have to be obsessive about the calories, and not guesstimate, but it is worth it in the end. Just keep smiling.
