I HAVE TRYED AND TRYED TO LOOSE WEIGHT FOR 10 YEARS NOW BUT ITS DAMN HARD WITH A UNDERACTIVE THYROID AND A SPINAL DISEASE WHICH DIBILITATES YOU TO THE POINT WERE YOUR BED RIDDEN MOST OF THE YEAR..MY WEIGHT HAS SHOT UP FROM 9 ST 7 POUND TO 19 STONE 9 POUND..

IM AT MY WITS END ,THE ABOVE CONTENT IS FOR YOU PEOPLE WHOME ARE ABLEBODIED AS BELIEVE ME IT WILL HELP,MY DAUGHTER WAS OVER WEIGHT AND SHE DID THE ABOVE AND LOST 4 STONE IN 8 MONTHS....SO IT WORKED FOR HER MAYBE IT MIGHT WORK FOR YOU.
