False Starts

My workout plan- well... i have a lot of false starts- i'll be gone strong for 2 weeks... then when i start losing, my anxiety acts up and i quit going. It's hard to explain.  I put on this weight to "protect myself"  and now that it is coming off i dont feel as safe.

But i've had two false starts, and maybe thistime when i start again this week, maybe this time i'll keep going.

I'm trying though, that's all i can do.
