Everyone Says I Am Fat

everyday i have people saying that i am fat even though i am 5 foot 6 inches tall and weigh 168lbs i admit i am a bit bigger than what i would like to be but what makes matters worse is that my mum bullies me about my weight too. no matter what i try i cant seem to lose the weight i want to lose i have a boyfriend who thinks i am perfect the way i am but i dont feel comfortable with my size at all. my weight was a steady 126lbs right up until i went to college where it shot up to 170lbs and that is how it has stayed for the last 4 1/2 years.

It sounds like when you went to college your lifestyle changed, maybe that is the reason for your increase in your weight.

Sometimes if we change our job or our daily activities it can change our bodies rhythm.

Okay simple questions to ask yourself -

Do you eat late (after 7pm)?
Do you eat snack food instead of a meal?
Has your soda (pepsi or coke and the like) increased?
Do you sit all day (like in class then at work)?

If any of these things have changed or it something to look at to try to lose weight.

Myself I found that just by taking soda out of the diet and drinking unsweet tea with a sugar sub, that has reduced me down about 20 pounds, then change the portion size and what it is, cut out the fried foods and go with a salad instead and be satisfied with it has dropped me down about 6 inches off my waist.

Just stuff to think about, a doctor will tell you all this and more.

Side note on the doc. If you haven't gotten checked out lately you might, I had a friend who's wife never lost weight and she found that she had a hormone imbalance that was causing her weight problems. Just food for thought.
