I don't want to lose weight, I need to lose weight because everyday all I can think when I look at myself is that I'm a worthless fat piece of **** that doesn't need to eat. My weight causes me so much anxiety and I was in the 140's at 5'6" 19 year old girl. Now I'm at 155 because I haven't been watching what goes in my mouth and I'm fed up! Anybody have any positive words of encouragement or ever felt like this?

This does work. I did 24 day challenge and lost . My husband lost 26lbs

I worked for many years as an over the road truck driver and had been slim most of my young life, but starting to drive over the road trucks in my early 20's i become less active and over weight, then I got out of driving and into factory work, it helped but it was not enough, still out of shape bad, I could not even do 10 push ups . it really began to take its toll on me, and by the time I was 45 and trained as a EMT(Paramedic) working and caring for people and seeing what my future was heading for I knew I had to make a change and a Lady I was dating helped to it was a team effort, we started doing a program by beachbody that her son had gotten and not used yet, P90x , it saved me and he from our selves it helped with diet and well the workouts were tough, I have since learned of some not so tough and work well for very overweight and out of shape.

I feel your pain people and now I have decided to help others to reach their fitness goals, with Beach body's help and some time you too can reach your goal. I have before and after pictures to show if anybody wants to see them,
I am now a coach with the company and will help you with getting back your life and body you desire !

Hi there! Do you have a few minutes to watch this video on AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge? If so, watch this video and then get back to me to let me know what you think

I started exercising regularly, but I've also stopped overeating, only eating until I'm satisfied, not until it hurts, and I've lost 6 lbs in one week. That way I can eat whatever I want, I just have to watch how much I eat. But your weight is average for your age and height, you don't need to lose any weight! You're perfect the way you are.

Thanks but I'm just not happy with myself plus I need some self control. I hope all goes well for you

I feel the exact same like every moment of every day my weight and appearance is constantly on my mind. I found that eating the right foods and counting calories in a diary at the end of the day really helps. Even though the scales have only gone down a few pounds after months of hard work people have commented on my weight loss - so I wouldn't always worry about the exact numbers! Don't give up is my advice, hope this helps x

Well I was using my fitness pal but I have no willpower when it comes to junkfood and sweets:/

I'm kinda the opposite because I am so lazy and barely move all day so that way I have to watch what I eat! You should really get into making yourself tasty but healthy lunches and if you exercise the weight should come right off! What helped me was tasting new foods such as beans (these help so much full of fibre and protein I'm a bean fanatic now lol) but yea I eat these with tuna and tomatoes and it's so tasty plus there's very little carbs which reduces bloating!

Ok I'll have to try that except the tuna, not a fan of it. And I'm always walking and cleaning at work for at least 2 hours a night but then again it's easy for the calories to add up with all the junk I eat

Yes! Night time is my weakness too. I asked for earlier shifts in work so I would go to be earlier at night. I drink de caffeinated cinnamon tea to help me sleep and I'll have a small biscuit with this as a treat to satisfy my sweet tooth :)

Hmm I'll give tea before bed a try thanks:)
