I need serious help. I want to lose 40-50lbs as fast as possible without harming myself. I need ideas for abs, arm work and pec workouts? Please help. I'm tired of being fat.

I worked for many years as an over the road truck driver and had been slim most of my young life, but starting to drive over the road trucks in my early 20's i become less active and over weight, then I got out of driving and into factory work, it helped but it was not enough, still out of shape bad, I could not even do 10 push ups . it really began to take its toll on me, and by the time I was 45 and trained as a EMT(Paramedic) working and caring for people and seeing what my future was heading for I knew I had to make a change and a Lady I was dating helped to it was a team effort, we started doing a program by beachbody that her son had gotten and not used yet, P90x , it saved me and he from our selves it helped with diet and well the workouts were tough, I have since learned of some not so tough and work well for very overweight and out of shape.

I feel your pain people and now I have decided to help others to reach their fitness goals, with Beach body's help and some time you too can reach your goal. I have before and after pictures to show if anybody wants to see them,

The Bad news:
1. If you're really serious and want to lose for good there is no fast way to lose weight unfortunately!!
2. excersise are really important for weightloss, but you won't lose much thru working out/doing sports because our Body is designed to be as economical as possible

The good news: if you do it the slow way thru counting your calories and excersing regularly you'll lose weight for good, without yoyoing up and down

An easy and an affective exercise is to lay on your back, knees bent, and put your arms straight down and lift your butt up. It tightens your core and gives your butt tone!
Also, a cleanse is a good idea! These work really well. There are lots of cleanses, and what i like is that you don't need to buy 40 dollar medicines that don't really work.
You can do a lemon and water cleanse. Just drink lemon water for your desire amount of days. I'd do it for 3 days to a week. No more than a week. Another cleanse, you eat nothing but grapefruit. 3 days to a week. These flush out all the toxins in your body and usually make you extra happy! :) hope they work! Good luck!
