I am not overweight tho. But I really want to be 48 kilos. Currently I am around 52 53 54 kilos depending how much I eat and my digestion. I also take up muay thai boxing class twice a week. But I always ALWAYS have big appetite aaa

Muay thai is a great sport. It really requires quiet a bit of physical and mental discipline. I am sure Muay thai will keep you fit and healthy. :)
