sometimes exercise and better diet aren't enough. you may need to try dietary supplements or those weight lose supplements. Continue working out but i would suggest cardio workouts for now because if you lift weights you will gain muscle but the muscle will be under fat making it look like just more fat (experience). Instead do light weight high rep exercises with weights because this is geared towards getting you to lose weight and make you look more toned/defined Also cardio workouts should last for
about 30 mins or more. If you want to i suggest sprinting back and forth repeatedly (best if you do it on a hill or stairs). This will increase the afterburn affect which means you continue to lose calories after the initial workout. Contrary to popular belief you should eat three meals a day, or else the working out will go to waste because your body needs those calories to get rid of fat and make muscle. reduce the snacking and eat fuller meals with lots of protein and healthy sugars (apples). After you drop the weight and want to go back to muscle building your body will need much more calories than usual for muscle growth. This means more mean meats and fish products and not to forget vegetables.
god luck :)

Thank you. :)

Hey now! Don't put yourself down. You should be really happy about losing a lot of weight. It's going to take some time to lose weight. I'm on the same boat. I'm not at the weight I'm happy with but instead of complaining. You should do more action. I know it's tough but don't give up. It's not just about exercising. You have to eat healthy too. Did you know if you eat too little your body goes into starvation mode? And when that happens you actually gain weight. I wish you the best of luck! Try to keep positive!

Thank you.

1. Eat on smaller plates- then it looks like a lot of food.
2. Read up on LOW GI foods - they will help you feel fuller for longer, they also help your blood sugar levels.
3. Leave the table just before you feel full- this will help shrink your tummy.
4. If you want to snack on rubbish - then do something to keep your mind busy.
5. have fruit handy to eat - when others are eating junk food.
6. Stay away from sugar drinks- get to love water instead.
7. Have your mum or you cook fresh steamed veggies. They are the best to fill up on.
8. Swoop brown rice - (no white)
9. Don't watch to much TV and electronic games- go outside for a walk. (avoid sitting down to much)
10. Take each day - step by step.
11. If you eat wrong - just don't bash you up. Just get back right on track.
Quote for you:

If you are playing an opponent and you are also opposing yourself-you are going to be outnumbered. Dan Millman

Thanks you. That was really sweet.

Congrats on loosing 60 pounds
