Any advice for exercises high in calorie loss? I'm 4'11 and 137 I want to lose 20 pounds :( . My doctor told me that I should be in the 90's because of my height . But I do not want to be a skinny little thing. I want to be nice and toned . Any advice ?

cardio, cardio, cardio..............
At your age your too young to diet, just eat right and exercise, do things you enjoy. For toning, maybe an aerobics class that uses weights....get your cardio and toning done at the same time.

I'm 4'11 and weigh 110, being 90 pounds is underweight for someone out height. The best thing that I can tell you is to eat healthy and exercise regularly, it takes a while but it pays off in the long run.
