Trying to Lose Weight

it so hard to lose weight,but i am trying,i really do not eat much,but it so hard to lose the pounds what to do????

Not eating is even worse for your body. U should eat 3 meals a day and snack 3 times a day. I am learning what is actually good for you. Your body will store all the fat it can cause its not sure when your gonna feed it again. But I did 24 day challenge and it changed my life. Not hard to do at all.

Have you ever kept a food diary and done calorie calculations to work out how much food you should be eating in order to lose weight?

maby its not your diet, is your stress level high cause if so that could very well be the problem
