Measured Myself

I am having a moment, I have always had a thick waist, but tonight I ordered a waist cincher and I have about fainted.  I had a baby 16 months ago and had no idea how bad my body has gotten out of shape.  I have started doing a set of squats, pushups, and windmills every night for the past week.  I am going to start walking the fat off.  Great day, what has happened to me?  No wonder my confidence is low.... I will get better.

I keep going up and down about 2 lbs but I am adding muscle and can see some tone coming back. Once I get the muscle back the fat will melt faster. Thanks

Hey keep up the good work and walking is a great way to start. I was at 260 and started my weight lose by just eating less and walking. I tried to walk every night for at least an hour. I get the interval stuff, but you have to be willing to eat less and burn more. It does work, today I got on the scale and I was 200 lb I am thinking I have maybe 15 to go. Focus and hard work are really the only way to get to your goal, there are no silver bullets.

I went 2.5 miles yesterday... Just got to keep shoes in the car and hope for nice weather.

There's nothing to do but to do it. I've been running 6 days a week for the past 11 months and it's been amazing. And it's as great fr the mind as it is for the body.

Good for you!
