My Goal

I want to exercise 6 times a week (on the treadmill for 1 hour and ten minutes and weights for ten minutes) and stay on a 1500-1600 daily calorie intake. With school ..I currently exercise 4-5 times a week ..and I am still learning how to apply calories to homecooked meals.
