Any Advice?

So I've been trying to lose weight, working out for about an hour and a half or so five days a week, and eating much healthier.  But the scale won't budge, and I'm not slimming down at all.  Any ideas?

Pass on doling dollars to the supergyms and surf online where you will find workout programs aplenty and are bound to find one suiting your specific goals and needs.<br />
One thing I know for certain is that muscle mass weighs less than fat so possibly your workouts need some tuning along with your body lol. Good Luck
