NO Longer Obese!!!!

as of this morning i weigh 163 lbs.  as a person who is about 5'4" tall my BMI is now under 30 (it's about 29) which means i am no longer obese!!!!  i have discovered that i wear a size 10 pants (although i thought i was a 12 and that they would be tight).

i still am watching what i eat constantly and tracking everything i put into my mouth.

8 months ago i weighed in at 260 lbs.  97 lbs has been expunged from my body.  it really is a great feeling not to be walking around with all of that excess lard.  only 23 lbs more to go until i am "normal".  hooray!!!!

Contradictions on the loss, it feels good dosent it?

Please use the BMI with a grain of salt. I am 5 foot 9 and 240 pounds, as a body builder I have large muscles, the BMI has me morbidly obese, and said im at risk to die, the only reason that is, because Im carrying 40 pounds of muscle more than I should be :)

Tracking is the best way to know where you stand, I weigh and measure everything that goes in my mouth too, it allows me to grow or shrink 10 pounds very easily. up to 40 pounds in a contest situation over 16 weeks.

You are well on your way to a healthy self, dont get bogged down with the weight as a number, or the scale, use your clothing and how you look in the mirror to gauge yourself. At some point your DIET, will stop and become a lifestyle, so that you can maintain a weight that your happy with.

Live strong and be free!

Hi,

I took 10 kilos from these last year and as you I was desperate. I try everything, all diet program, sport but I never lose more than 2 kilos. They came back so quickly.

That was until I discover a new healthy product. The healthy ingredient inside help me a lot.

I lose 12 kilos in 3 months without change any of my behaviors.
For sure I continue to take care of my diet.

I m not her to make any advertising but to explain that we always can find something working for yourself.

I hope you will find your way to lose your excess weigh and I wish you a good continuation.
I m glad to give my support to you.
Congratulation for all your efforts. Keep concentrated on your goal.
Ps: sorry for my english(
