How to Work Out
I am currently 143 pounds and want to be around 130. I have lost about 10 pounds already. I am 5'3'' tall. I am tracking what I eat (less calories than I burn, but all the minerals and vitamins), but exercising is hard, because I work 12 hours a day and get colds etc a lot, so I have to skip gym often. But my body fat % is high, I really have to exercise to lose fat properly. I love to work out, but only manage to do it properly on vacation.
