Almost There

About 4 years ago I weighed 215 lbs at a height of 6'2".  I did a lot to get down to the healthy weight zone of 175 lbs.  Now This year my goal is to get six pack abs, which means I need to lose 15 more pounds.  So far this year I'm down to 167 and closing in on my goal.  I changed my diet and am trying a couple new things.  First of all, I changed my portions to a much easier digestible quantity.  Instead of eating half of a large pizza I am eating 2 slices.  Instead of eating a full bowl of cereal in the morning I am eating half a bowl.  Second of all, instead of drinking primarily propel water I drink plain water and a lot more orange juice, and not from concentrate it has to be simply orange grove squeezed or grapefruit juice.  Last of all, my workout consists of playing hockey three times a week for 90 minutes a session, twice I skate out and once I play goalie.  Then, I workout 3 to 4 times a week, mostly on the elliptical for about 40 minutes.  I also do stretching on an exercise ball for ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes before I go to sleep.  Hopefully I can achieve my goal before the summer.
