I Need To Lose

I am 17 and i wegh 210 now i dont look like i weigh that much but i do. And now that prom is approaching i need to lose weight its just sooo hard because i love the taste of food!!!! i cant help it. I dont eat because im hungry i eat because i want the taste of food. Lol i know this sounds horrible but i do!!! so anyways prom is coming up and i need to fit my fat *** in a dress.. Now for the most part i just say idc about my weight becuse i dont look that bad and i have someone that loves me for me so i am ok...its just prom im worried about!!!!

Many people do not remember how much they eat each day, so carry a notebook with you and enter everything that you eat each day and the time that you ate it. Food does taste very good, but does it taste as good as looking good feels. Anyone will lose weight by reading and following the right information; as such, being healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet! There are many good tips on how to achieve permanent weight loss; none of them includes gimmicks, diets, or diet pills. To assist with weight control; keep a daily food journal and every time the urge to snack is felt, first drink a large glass of clear water. It does not hurt to treat yourself with something special once in a while, what is necessary is that you moderate your food portions.
