Cann't Get Modavated

 

i cann't seem to get modavated to lose weight.  I should lose 30 to 40 lbs but I just keep eating.  I need some reason to loss but cann't come up with a good reason.

I know soda is such a part of our lives, so switch to diet. Don't buy processed food at the store. Only keep fresh health items in the house to eat. If you fall off the wagon ( eating a donut or sweats ) increase your workout by a half hour to burn off the calories from it.

Don't think of it as a diet or a period of weight loss, but as a lifestyle change. Look at it as eating health and getting 1 hour of exercise a day. Find something you like to do, walk, swim, ride a bike, run or anything else that will raise your heart rate for 1 hour and eat a low fat, low sugar diet and you will see results and feel better. Now the hard part, keep this up for the rest of your life. I started this 2 years ago and have lost 70 lbs and kept it off.

To lose weight, you must commit to a personal reason to move more and eat less each day. Look inside yourself, and you will locate that reason for your determination. Anyone will lose weight by reading and following the right information; as such, being healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet! There are many good tips on how to achieve permanent weight loss; none of them includes gimmicks, diets, or diet pills. To assist with weight control; keep a daily food journal and every time the urge to snack is felt, first drink a large glass of clear water. It does not hurt to treat yourself with something special once in a while, what is necessary is that you moderate your food portions.
