My Story

HELLO MY NAME IS ANGELA BUT THEY ALSO CALL ME MARVELOUZ IM 28 IM CURRENTLY 5'7 AND WEIGH OVER 300.WHAT HAPPENED? WELL LETS SEE AT 18 STARTED HAVING RELATIONSHIPS SO I GOT ON BIRTHCONTROL FOR 4 YEARS AND I WENT FROM 210 TO 245 AFTER I GOT OFF THE SHOT I COULDNT TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED BECAUSE I WENT FROM 245 TO 256 AND WHEN I GOT ON THE SCALE AGAIN AT MY LARGEST I WAS 330. BUT I NEED A SPONSER SOMEONE I CAN CONFIDE IN KNOWS WHAT IM GOIN THROUGH. I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE,DEPRESSION AND SLEEP APNEA I NEED HELP!!!!!!!! SO CALL ME IF YOU LIKE 66105650259

oh and btw I'm now down to about 200 lbs after 5 months of properly caring for my body.... <br />

cardio, proper portions of food, hydration, and doing it for yourself are the main keys to weight loss!<br />

He is right about many of the things that he speaks of, the hydration, the lifestyle and not a diet, and also as saDDer mentioned you need something that will motivate you! <br />

Do it for you and not anyone else, once I started doing it for me, I couldn't be stopped, at one point i ALMOST hit 300 lbs, but I set small goals, ones that I knew I could do, just to keep me motivated and give me some confidence! Once I lost 5 pounds I challenged myself to do better, walk 1 mile instead of a half, eat a salad instead of a hersey! <br />

What I'm trying to say is that, a whole lot of little things can change the way you think and feel, once it starts to come off, you just want to do more, get better and be more fit! <br />

I will warn you though after so much weight loss you start to platue, or level off and don't loose as much as you were, this is because you are gaining muscle in place of the fat.... I would suggest staying away from scales when you start to notice that..... It almost made me relapse into my bad habits! <br />

Also, keep a weekly collection of yourself in something like a bathing suit or something that doesn't hide what you have so you can see the difference that is being made! That and its fun to made a slide show of them and watch the transformation! THAT is a super- booster to keep going!
