I Was 385lb

I was 385lb i am now under 350 now my goal weight is 230(lots of muscle under the fat) . All the diets i was on i think i have tried all of em at least once the only 2 that gave me rapid weight loss was Atkins and raw food ,read up on em before ya try em, most think they know but don't .It always came back on but i have been working out nothing huge just every day do a little more than i did the day before and this time whats gone is staying gone so we will see what happens my daughter wants me to start a youtuber thing about it but i don't know if i wanna put myself that far out there heck i aint too sure about sharing here and no vid goes with it anyways thats my experince

Doing Weight Watchers since Oct. Down from 335 to 299. Easiest thing I've ever done really. Lots of veggies which I love. Good alternatives available at the grocery store for what I was eating. Kind of at a plateau now but not gaining. Best of luck on your journey. I'll see you at 230 (or for me hopefully, 220).

Den- I am right there with you on the struggle to lose weight. I went on south beach phase 1 for over a year. But the weight came back no matter how hard I exercised or how little I ate. I even went on a week long binge to try to shock my body into dropping weight again. I wish you luck and hope you meet your goal.
