I've Got A Mini And I Wont Be Afraid To Wear It

i used to work out six times a day, my work had a gym and my apartment did as well. i never had to pay for a membership and i really enjoyed it. back in november i lost my job and my apartment and am living back home. no free gyms in the country and so the weight started coming back. i tried taking the dog on extra long walks and eating healthy...but the mirror is showing me thats not enough.

so you can guess how excited i am now that my sister just bought an eliptical machine! yay! i can work out again! an hour a day 6 days a week (a girl needs a day off) i'm so excited and even plan to lose the weight i've gained plus a little more in time for summer. i haven't worked out in ages so i'm hoping it's not going to be too hard to get back into the routine. wish me luck!

well ill keep my fingers crossed for you and u for me and lets hope it melts off w/ the snow lol

I know it's harder for women, and for either sex it gets worse as you get older, trust me!
The important thing is to get into a habit of exercise. It's kinda like a drug, once you get started it's hard to quit. Running is a good one because it's cheap and you can do it almost any time.
Anyway, good luck. I'm trying to lose my "Winter 20" myself.

ty fun if the workout isnt workingout ill most def give you an ear full! lol and ty smoothie im going to give it all i got to get back in shape!

That's awesome....well, keep on working if that's what's going to make you feel better. then go for iT!
