Where Did It All Come From!?!

when i was a freshman in high school, i was in the marching band, i stayed pretty fit, but i always thought i was fat. i would say i was about 150-170lbs. note: i lived in the country and walked everywhere. anyway, in the 10th grade, my family decided to move to the city. there i had no friends, didnt know anywhere to go for fun or anything. one day, my gym teacher wanted to record everyones weight. i steped on the scale and i was 199lbs!! i couldnt beleive it!!! i wasnt there that long and was no longer in marching band. the nexts year we moved back to the country and i was about 250lbs then. when i got out of high school i went to work 3rd shift at walmart and in 6 months i lost 70lbs. no ****. i couldnt beleive it. i was getting back down. then i went from being a stocker to a cashier and the weight lose ended. i was about180.

then i met the man im going to marry in 6 months. now im at 215. i cant lose weight. i have no energy, i have no time because of work. i work, go home eat, sleep, then back to work. i cant afford to go to a gym, trust me, i have tryed. what can i do to get back to my high school weight!?! i want to be thin again. at least for my wedding. please help me!!!

Stay accountable to yourself.
In addition to being more active each day and limiting your sodium intake; on a daily basis, drink some extra water.
To help achieve long term weight loss, everyone’s body must be kept properly hydrated. IN THE LONG TERM; weight loss comes about through eating less food each day.
One tip which I followed in my pursuit of healthier weight; was to make water my drink of choice! Space your water drinking out throughout the day, and never drink more than 12 quarts in any one day. I now drink 1 ounce of water, each day, for each pound that I weigh. At present, my weight is 25.6% less than it used to be. I feel great!
Anyone will lose weight by reading and following the right information; as such, being healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet! There are many good tips on how to achieve permanent weight loss; none of them includes gimmicks, diets, or diet pills.
To assist with weight control; keep a daily food journal and every time the urge to snack is felt, first drink a large glass of clear water. It does not hurt to treat yourself with something special once in a while, what is necessary is that you moderate your food portions.
Being overweight ******, but after reading a book, I lost 85 pounds! Words can not express how good I feel! This is a comment which I recently received about the book “Lose Weight Using Four Easy Steps”.
