New Goals

Ok so I am not happy with my weight right now...i just want to lose 10 pounds. Im really not all that much overweight and i dont really feel all that fat, I just want to lose it.  and i was doing good a few months ago, I got within 4 pounds of my  goal.  But then alot of stuff happened in my life and I just checked my weight and Im back where I started... at 130 pounds.  So I need motivation to get back on track with my eating habits, and I hope that If i write it all down here, it will be the motivation I need to start eating healthy again.

thanks :) im glad someone has faith in me. and ive been doing well, ive lost one of those pounds already haha :p

you will do it I have faith in you red rose 18. your goal is real paste a written goal where you can see it every day and write in a gift earned ,for when (not if) you make it.
