I Have Decided To Loose It.....hope I Can Make It!

Hey everyone,

I was actually looking for overweight annonymous....and came across this website..  Well here is my story...

I wasnt really born fat! I was very skinny until my teens..and then it came and kept coming on...I never gave the weight much thought..since it never stopped me for doing anything.  So I have been overweight or obese since I was 13 years old..i am 30 now...thats a lot of time being overweight.  I was recently in in my highest numbers! really it sucks..I am 228.6 pounds..and I am 5.5. I have lost around 10 pounds since January.....I am hoping to loos a lot more.. Man! I have to loose around 100 pounds to become normal.   I have started exercises at least 3 times a week if not everyday..and yes definately started to eat healthy..but i still take a bite here and there...

Its really depressing to be overwieght and also keep the motivation to lose it all.. I really need support on this...I would love to have friends with on same journey.    I really lose motivation easily! so i am scared right now...i really am...

I would love to have weightlose buddies if you guys are interested...please add me as a buddy..

I am 5' 7-1/2 tall, and I used to weigh in excess of 215 pounds! Those days are behind me, and I will never be that heavy again!<br />
There is no magic secret that will help anyone lose weight.<br />
Stay accountable to yourself, change little things.<br />
In addition to being more active each day and limiting your sodium intake; on a daily basis, drink some extra water.<br />
To help achieve long term weight loss, everyone's body must be kept properly hydrated. IN THE LONG TERM; weight loss comes about through eating less food each day.<br />
One tip which I followed in my pursuit of healthier weight; was to make water my drink of choice! Space your water drinking out throughout the day, and never drink more than 12 quarts in any one day. I now drink 1 ounce of water, each day, for each pound that I weigh. At present, my weight is 25.6% less than it used to be. I feel great! <br />
Anyone will lose weight by reading and following the right information; as such, being healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet! There are many good tips on how to achieve permanent weight loss; none of them includes gimmicks, diets, or diet pills. <br />
To assist with weight control; keep a daily food journal and every time the urge to snack is felt, first drink a large glass of clear water. It does not hurt to treat yourself with something special once in a while, what is necessary is that you moderate your food portions. <br />
Being overweight hurt me in many ways, but after reading a book, I lost 85 pounds! Words can not express how good I feel! This is a comment which I recently received about the book "Lose Weight Using Four Easy Steps".

You can do it ! I'm also trying to lose some weight currently, I'm about the same weight as you actually, and i believe we can do this and become who we want to be !<br />
