Weight loosing is a hard struggle that am going thru! I have many dis advantages and advantages, many ups and downs and hopefully I will succedd like u did!<br />

1- healthy eating.<br />
2- will power.<br />
3- working out.<br />

but am an emotional eater and I am so senstive! anything can hurt me and then I turn to food for comfort! thats my biggest problem!<br />

I do a great job and loose weight and then I blow all this off simply coz I felt down!<br />
