Need Motivation, But I Can Do It!

I'm at least 30 pounds overweight. I don't look it, but I don't feel good about myself. I want to lose some, if not all, of the extra weight and really tone up before my 19th b-day in september when I plan on getting a tattoo. My goal is to work out every other day with cardio and weightlifting and work off my belly fat and tone up my arms first. Then I'll work on other areas.

MortCheval....working out is great but pay attention to what you are putting into your body too! Lots of fruits and veggies and lean protein will really help you. Drinking plenty of water too!
