Dietary Bad Timeing

So, i had planned to lose some weight and was in forming my plans to do so, in the middle of my planning i found out i was gona have a baby so i put the plans on hold. i have about 5ish months to go and my goal has kinda been changed .. a bit.  im also planning a wedding in 2 and a half years finally! (men are so slow sometimes.. :p was starting to feel like adelaide from guys and dolls)   so i want to lose this baby fat while getting to my goal weight..

im not sure how much ill weigh after i pop, but so far i want to lose around 130 pounds in 2 years before the wedding. atm im.. 260-265 but i want to be 135 maybe .. ish for being 5'4 and 23 thats not a bad weight  right?  for my kids sake i want to be able to outrun them :p oh .. and look good in a dress to hah

anyway plans were.. a fitness routine and pills.  i forget what they were but they worked well but .. i think.. i think thats when ephedra had not been recalled yet..  but i want to try everything i can..  im trying to find an online personal trainer to not sure if thats gona work out. i have a treadmil at home so ill be using that.. also thought of buying a weight set and.. we have a wii fit at least kek  but i feel silly if anyone watches me    also.. i need to find some kinda of.. diet to follow.

starting to feel overwhelmed with planning so much, weight loss, wedding, honeymoon, babys room,  writing a book, organising both floors Clean House style.  really bumming without a girly friend to help with this but thats a whole other story  ^_^

Once you decide to try to lose a few pounds, make certain that whatever you start to do is something that you will be able to do for the rest of your life.<br />

I now drink 1 ounce of water, each day, for each pound that I weigh. At present, my weight is 25.6% less than it used to be. I feel great! <br />
Anyone will lose weight by reading and following the right information; as such, being healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet! There are many good tips on how to achieve permanent weight loss; none of them includes gimmicks, diets, or diet pills. <br />
To assist with weight control; keep a daily food journal and every time the urge to snack is felt, first drink a large glass of clear water. It does not hurt to treat yourself with something special once in a while, what is necessary is that you moderate your food portions. <br />
Being overweight hurt me in many ways, but after reading a book, I lost 85 pounds! Words can not express how good I feel! This is a comment which I recently received about the book "Lose Weight Using Four Easy Steps".

One of the best things you can do to lose weight is to cut out simple carbs (like sugar and white bread, anything that's been super-processed, really) and change to smaller amounts of Whole grain products. The whole grain contains fiber and complex carbs that take longer to digest and let you feel full longer, so you're not snacking all day. (at least I know I'm guilty of snacking away all day.) The extra fiber also helps to move things along and aids in digestion. <br />

I know you can do this. I'm losing weight by following all the above info -- not even any pills! It's small stuff, and if you add one of these things at a time, you'll be doing great in no time! Try drinking more water, and walking at least a mile 3 days a week. <br />
