Me To Me To!

I am a bouncer. My weight goes Uuuuup and Doooooown..and Uuuup and Dooooown.

Meds, stress, depression,  and lack off all three are the major contributors. When I'm not doing so well, weight goes up.

When I'm doing well...weight goes down. So, if you ever meet me in person, just ask me how much I weight. lol

Ok, so summer is on the way. Despite the fact that I happen to be waaaay bummed and have had a med change, I am drrrraaaaging my butt to the gym. It's going ok. My meds make me really hungry, plus the depression sorta causes me to wanna comfort food cope.

But despite all this, I've managed to lose 10 and maintain 5lbs....gained 5 back.tee hee

I've given myself until May. That should be enough time. I was 140lbs. Would like to be between 115lbs and 120lbs..make room for daily fluctuation!

I belong to a 24 hour gym so that helps too! Well wish me luck! Good luck to all of you as well!!!!
