I want to move in with my boyfriend. but he lives away. and i am scared of not having a job and being away from my family and the few friends i do have. but he loves me and i know could handle the ups and downs that frequent me. i am just ready for a change. i feel like i should just go, but we aren't quite ready for me to be over there yet. the question is jump  down the rabbit hole  or  be patient and wait til i know it is right, even though  we are both hurting  being apart.

    I am happy for you. You have the prospects for a happy life. I am old and dying. There is nothing that can change that for me. Be happy you have such problems, they are like the second chapter of your book, not the last.

    If you are really serious about moving to be with him, first look for a job in the area. Search online for one, just so you know you have something to make you feel secure once you get there. I moved out of state with my husband and I made sure I had a job before we go there. It made me feel a lot better about the transition. Plus, having a job will usually lead to friendships. Hope everything works out well for you.
