Stuck In A Small Southern Town

Fourteen years ago, I applied for a teaching job in a small southern town. I got the job. My husband and I took our limited resources and made the move. We achieved financial stability. Although this place has never been great, we've made the best of it, but it's finally at the point that we can't take much more. We feel very isolated. We want to move but are nervous about what sacrifices that could entail. We also have no idea where we'd like to move. How do you make these decisions?
