Need to Starve Myself

wen i was younger i was rilly thin and it was so nice but im 18 now and cant los wait i need a good anser on how to starve myself i no its not good but i dont cair so if ur geting at me about it being bad just leave and if u have a real way for me to starve myself pleeeezzzz let me no thanks

yeah i want to know also, no one explained how you can starve your self, i just wanna drop a couple pounds so that i can buy another prom dress, im size 6 and i want to be A size 3, because all the cuter close are size 3. im a junior in high school and i always want to look sexy <3

i know how u feel. :( im asking the same question to my computer and all it takes me to is the people shown above. trust me there all idiots and dont get one dam thing. the best thing to do is 1) sleep (this will keep ur mind of of food) if ur not tierd work out tell u r. it will make u hungry but dont think about food (hard i and stupid i know...). food is the enemy. food is something that will hurt u. say it with me. say it to ur self. its stupid but works. 2) if ur at a break and ur mind is saying EAT UR HUNGREY EAT!!!! Best: dont eat. Ok: eat small amounts of fruit (or non fat foods) and chuw them at LEAST 15 times with each bite. this will be toucher u'll want to stuff ur face. DONT! just pinch the fat (if any) and think how beautiful u will be when u reach goal # 1 :) WORST: stuff ur face with 2 slices of pizza and promises ur self tommorow. (i keep landing at worst :( ) 3) set a goul say u r like me and wiegh 125 (i know ur thinking dubble chins =.=) well i tried to set my goul at 110. but it didnt work....long deppressing story that set me right now at goul #1 120 if u want to lose wieght efectively u have to have a 2 puonds or 5 pound step stolls. if u dont then u will loose ur balls (confidense) and just eat. witch is maga bad and makes u frekin fat. 4) allso this is a little extrem but u could scratch or cut urself everytime u eat to much in a way of saying no body ur NOT allowed to do that. 4) when u brake and do eat. a way to get a slip is to throw up. but dont do this all the time (can lead to plainful death!) <br />
get a scale! and if u can get lauxitives! i think they help (not sure never tried) =.="<br />
ur most likely not reading this (cuse its old =.=') but i thought i'd just add this just in case u or someone does hapen to read this. people that tell u that this is wrong r just a buntch off ********. dont believe a word from there pie hole. long right? x3 :D by the way....im 12......messed up u say? not realy.....<br />

i know this is really old but does it work? ive tried soooo hard and these tips might help me! sorry to be a gegg! i need to try harder :/ how long will it take to work do you think?

You wrote this a while ago but I'm going to respond anyways... I understand your desire to lose weight (dealing with that at the moment myself, haha!) but starving yourself is a really ineffective way to go about it. Obviously the numbers on the scale will go down if you stop eating or cut out everything that is "fattening", but usually all of the weight you lose is just water weight. Your body actually stores MORE fat when it takes in less food. It may seem like a quick way to lose weight, but it really screws with your body and achieves the opposite of what you're trying to accomplish. Honestly, what winstonwelles said is the best way.... eat better...more fruits and veggies....drink lots of water..... and exercise! <br />

Sadly, I think you lack essential fatty acids to your cognizant brain. Hon, you need to starve the eating disorder monster, not yourself.

Well, you could just...stop...eating...that is what "starvation" means. <br />

Well indisputably, the hands - down best way to starve is to Stuff you're face, Constantly. Especially before bed. Carbs, Saturated Fats, Refined Sugars, All Great For Starvation, Trust me I Know Ethiopians, they told me their secrets.

Have you considered the happy (or at least nonlethal) medium of eating a little bit less, and better? A healthy diet and moderate exercise, plus learning to enjoy the new lifestyle, should eventually get you to a weight you prefer, but also allow you to keep it up. Shock diets never work in the long run, and starving yourself is both useless and dangerous.
