I Want to Quit Smoking
I have now made the first of many steps to quit smoking, I have made an appointment to see my doctor in the morning, to talk to him about wuitting and getting tablets to help me quit. I can't use patches because I break out in a rash from them, so I have made the decision to get my doctor to help me. I feel better for making that first step. I know it's going to be a long road ahead. I have quit before, and it lasted for 3 years, I am hoping and planning this time for it to last for the rest of my life. Between quitting smoking, losing weight and being taken off my anti-depressants I feel life is headed in a fantastic new direction to a happier and healthier me. I plan to tackle each day as it comes and hold my head high whilst doing it. Here is to the bright new future.
