Just Gotta Do It.

So I've wanted to quit smoking for over a year now. But haven't shown any signs of stopping. In fact, I just keep getting more and more addicted. Huh. Well, I need to buckle down and do it. Before it's too late. I've only been smoking for about 4 years now, and that's not bad at all comparatively. When I do, I'm thinking of using the patch. Any suggestions? I really need to get motivated.

This is the way I quit. I know all people are different, but this may work for you.
I smoked for about 8yrs.... I went from 20 cigs a day, 10 a day, to 5 a day, to 3 day, to 1-2, to eventually none. this was done over a years time. I also quit during the weekends. So mon-fri I would smoke,...
something about work, kept me outside smoking....
Good luck.... I have been smoke free for about 11 weeks now....
