I Want To Remain Fit.

I lost about 33 pounds in a year. 

I now know my portions and I don't overeat anymore.

I try to exercise every other day. Sometimes I am lazy to exercise, so I just take a slow walk or spend time on the stationary bike (slow pace). 

 

I am worried about getting back to my old habits, because I have lost weight before and I gained it all back (though I am currently at my lowest weight, I did not reach my goal weight back then).

 

I am so scared to gain it all back like it happened before. I'm scared of starting to eat unhealthy foods again. I am scared of not being able to exercise, like not being in the mood to be as active as I was during my weight loss process. 

 

Does anyone know how much I need to exercise to remain fit?
