Grandpa C. Otter

I am so lucky to have such an amazing grandfather. He is one of the leading marine bioligists when it comes to sea otters! He devoted his career to studying sea otters in their natural habitats. He met Jaques Cousteau when Cousteau did a documentary on sea otters. He worked for many years at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the Hopkins Marine Station. The aquarium sells stuffed sea otters named after him! He taught me about the endangerment of sea otters due to the presence of oil from ships in the ocean. He believes that sea otters are just as important as humans, and should be treated this way. They are such beautiful and intelligent animals, and I will do everything in my power to help them. I am so proud of my grandfather's dedication to these animals and I will make sure that his legacy is continued
