Chicken AdoboI want to share my kids' favorite "adobo".Its a Filipino dish.Hope someone try this and give me a feed back.Its simple and easy to prepare.
500 g. chicken(any part you prefer)-cut into serving portions
1 medium potato
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 head of garlic minced
1 medium size red onion minced
2 pcs. bayleaf
1 tsp. peppercorn
Combine all the ingredients in a pot.Let stand for about 20-30 minutes.Then simmer in medium heat.Add some water just enough to cook the meat.Stir occassionally so the sauce will completely cover the meat.Simmer until cooked or the sauce thickens.Add some salt in pepper according to your desired taste.Best served with steaming rice.
*If you want it spicy just add 2 red crushed chili.
