Watched And Excellent PBS Documentary

Last week PBS showed “For Love of Liberty” about black servicemen and women who’ve helped defend our country, the United States of America.

Much was culled from first-person accounts, military documents, speeches, news reports, historical archives and much more.

“For Love of Liberty” told the story of patriots from the days of Crispus Attucks and the American Revolution to the inauguration of Barack Obama. From the buffalo soldiers to the Tuskegee Airmen, heroism and bravery among black military units and enlisted men and women during our history and all our wars was detailed and celebrated.

Excellent program, I recommend it for all to watch.
