Game Is Meditation

I feel some games are meditation. Table tennis, badminton, tennis and such fast-paced games have the effect of meditation. That is we focus on the ball so much that we dont think at all. Meditation is limiting our thoughts to a bare minimum. Less thoughts, less stress. So such games help a lot in controlling our thoughts. They also tire us out and give good sleep.
