Every year I try to give up at least something...and try to last the whole year. This year being no exception...

So....a few weeks in....has anybody crumbled yet?

My resolutions....

Giving up...

Drugs.
Alcohol.
Sugar.
Gluten.
Caffine.
Dairy.....

Puddings & Sweets...

Adding....

More yoga...
More running...
More HIIT Training..
More weights...
More swimming...

More time with friends...
More time with my civil partner...
Being a mum again...
