And should add, when you find the courage to do what is right, you tend to be out on your own. Too many spineless sheep, scared of repercussions by the system that enslaves them.

some of them are so inert, they don't even realize that they aren't free..makes me sad. especially seeing my fellow classmates follow the path of money and superficial 'success', thinking that morals don't mean ****, and apathetic, 'if-it-doesn't-affect-me-i-don't-care-attitude'.
Teenagers were supposed to be rebellious, in words of Kurt Cobain, 'The duty of the youth is to fight corruption.' All I see is idealists becoming cynics and eventually becoming sheep, or people who don't want to be free.
I guess that is why I love punk rock..I feel like I belong with that sentiment, that way of thinking..

yeah I know what you mean. I'm a metal fan myself (but liked Punk also) and that rebellion helps us wake up

      yeah, rock inspires free thinking.
      I read this quote on a t-shirt:
'Rock: The tool of revolution since mankind began.' and it had a picture of a rock..
