Puddle Hopping

Let's face it; everyone is a child at heart. It has been raining on and off all day even though there is still piles of snow everywhere. The puddles were just too tempting. My friend and I already had rain boots on. The street lamps were on, and you could only spot the puddles by the slivers of reflected light. I haven't felt that alive and free in a while. We ran all over campus jumping into the biggest, muddiest puddles and shuffling through just to hear the sound. I came in soaked to the waist, sweaty, and so calm. I haven't sat alone in the quiet listening to rain in quite some time either. I even watched a documentary (Craiglist Joe - honestly an amazing film). I am inspired and ready to do something - help people. Anyone wants to send an idea my way go right ahead. I get to be me for a little while :)
