oh dear... mean worm... big one too. a tomato worm... yuck!they hide so well under leaves that at times you have no idea they are there unless you see their dropping on the ground. I pull them off and they are stomped on. Great picture my friend!

Thank you! The sphinx moth is one of my favourite garden visitors, so I plant a few extra tomatoes, peppers, and nicotinia away from the main gardens and carry the worms there to eat and metamorphose.
When the worms get to numerous, they go to the hens.
