What If The Crockadiles Come Back?

He's only 5 and I am only 55, and this is a question I don't have an answer for.  I truely don't know how to keep the crocks from coming back.  My son has talked and moved in the night since he was 8 months old.  So I have been getting up for in the night for 6 years, for now he is 6 1/2 years old and no one knows why he does this.  I would post video if I could.  Sometimes it happens in the day time, what he sees is not real but he cannot help but react to it and I must help him find a way to deal with what is going on in his brain.  Lots of tests, lots of docs, lots of therapy, meds are out and no firm reasons.  Lots of suposition tho, none of it good.  In the end I just want him to sleep through the night so that I can sleep through the night.  Maybe then we could have a normal life.  It might help if he wasn't a twin.
