Valentine's Day Wishes

For Valentine's Day, my coworker's husband planned "something" for her.  I had the usual dinner, coffee, routine sex with my wife.  All the time, I was thinking of my coworker.  What was she doing, was she enjoying herself, etc.

Today, I asked her how her weekend went.  She said it was great.  Her husband took the kids and let her and her best friend go shopping!  I thought that was pretty cool.  She enjoyed the weekend because she didn't have to spend it with the hubby and kids.  She also said that the Valentine's date thing was overrated.  I agreed, and mentioned how our babysitter was late, dinner was overpriced, and the movie was sold out.  I wish I could have gone shopping with her.

I find myself wanting to spend time with her, and making excuses to do so.  She continues to complain about her husband, his laziness, his poor eating choices, etc.  She said both kids prefer her to him, to which I agreed that anyone would prefer her to him.  I know things are going slow, if they are going anywhere at all, but I can't help but think about her.  I want to take it to the next level, but I'm not sure that I am getting any real sign from her.

You are getting the signs.Invite her out to go shopping and see where that leads to a better story.
