It´s the best thing for decreasing cortisol levels and adrenaline, taking a walk in nature just helps release all those stress hormones and opens us up to our life force. If it wasn´t such a cold winter I would be out all the time. can´t wait for spring and those long walks in the forrest.

I agree. Even though I would rather be outside than in the office slaving away at a computer screen.<br />
