Mitochondria and You

Well I have lots of messages but it seems those do not want to join the group just view it from afar which is fine.

The first part of your weight loss we need to look at is your metabolism. Since this is the most important function to weight loss we need to kick it in gear. Over time as you become less active so does you metabolism. As it slows down you will see an increase of weight. We need to get it going again. There has been allot of misconceptions with early weight loss guru's. They thought by cutting your calorie intake you will lose tons of weight. This is only partially true. Cutting your calories starves the body which is not healthy. When your body becomes reliant on a certain amount of intake it will go through a withdrawl period that is hard on your internal organs. Since I am trying to make a better you not an unhealthy you I will show you what I believe the proper way is. Since I am no scienctist and mearly showing you ways on what I have personally seen work this is at your own risk.

Since most people don't follow a 2,000 calorie diet plan we will base our diet on a 3,600 daily calorie intake.

Stay tuned

There's no way I could eat 2,000 cals. I'd blow up like a balloon. Try 800.
