I've Been Waiting


I'm here to lose 30 lbs.  I've been here for several days and I still am left wondering, what's the challenge?  Who's starting it?  I've been ready and waiting.. just tell me what to do!

Good Morning Licorice - Why not start the 'challenge' right now? I will join you. You have 30 pounds to lose, I have more but it doesn't matter. Let us take it ten pounds at a time with the ultimate goal being 30 pounds.<br />
So for the first ten - today weigh yourself and look at the number and say "I am going to lose ten pounds and my ultimate goal of 30 pound loss will be met."<br />
Then look at today - what can you do today to make that ten pound goal? <br />
I can eat more vegetables - Veggie Power!! Decreases appetite and helps stabilize cravings suggested veggies, raw celery, steamed green breans and let me think okay a salad.<br />
Also I will take a walk today. That is going to be a major talking myself into - it is cold out there. But I commit my word to you that I will take a walk.<br />
So how am I doing so far?<br />
Now you make some suggestions. Let's go girl.
